Eliza
The apartment had a cozy living room with a fantastic terrace where I could unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was a huge plus for me as I like to cook my own meals. The guestrooms at Villa Diana Zadar were comfortable with premium bedding and air conditioning, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spacious room I stayed in had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing moments. The studio had a spacious seating area with a comfy sofa bed, making it a great place to lounge around. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities in the guestrooms, ensuring a convenient stay. Some units even had a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, making it even easier to cook. The private bathroom in each unit was well-stocked with free toiletries, a nice touch.
Personally, I found one feature of the room to be less appealing, but others might still enjoy it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Martina who made our trip even more enjoyable with her awesome personality and professional service. The modern apartment was clean and spacious, just like in the online pictures. We also rented bikes from the hotel, which was super convenient and a great way to explore Zadar. We can't wait to come back!
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options nearby. It would have been even more fun if there were more clubs or party spots within walking distance from the hotel.

Very well maintained. Fabulous bathroom and a lovely terrace.
Fine for a few days. The cooking area was very small so not suitable for cooking regularly. Reat if you want to eat out all the time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for a pizzeria to stay open late so that I could grab a bite to eat after my long journey. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious and nicely furnished. I especially loved the balcony with its lovely furniture, it was the perfect place to relax. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was fantastic. the hosts really went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.
That it wasn't the easiest to find due to some road closures, but thankfully the owner was able to direct me to the hotel. the walk into the city center took about 20 minutes and it could be a bit challenging to cross the roads.

The apartment was really nice, clean, and well equipped. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We loved the rain shower, it was an awesome experience. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to shops and restaurants.
One downside was that it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as some local roads were closed. However, we called the owner and he directed us to the hotel, so it worked out in the end.

Place was perfectly clean, location was perfect. In general rooms were beautifully designed with a big bathroom. Spotlessly clean style of the building was accompanied by the nice inner decor. I loved the hostess. It was located in a nice enough area not far from the garden, la Croatie and the old Zadar Town centre,.

Nice apartment, has unbeatable setting close enough to the garden. Staff is amicable and absolutely kind. Well-equipped and brand-new room with balcony to relax in. The venue is housed in a really nice building. Placed 10 minutes walk away, Pekara Zara is serving quick meals.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, giving me a cup of coffee while I waited for check-in. The room was perfect for two people, with a private terrace adding an extra touch of luxury. The hotel's location was great, as it was very close to the city center but still easy to get out of town. Additionally, the hotel provided parking for guests who had cars, which was very convenient. The staff also helped me book a boat trip, which was a fantastic experience. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and proximity to the old town were all impressive.
Not one thing.

We stayed at a lovely villa in Zadar where the owner was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally clean. It was a short 15-minute walk to the old town center, and we could easily take a taxi back in the evening. it was a great place to stay and the owner provided valuable tips for our time in Zadar.
Wish we could've stayed longer! 😔

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration at the hotel. The elegant furniture and tasteful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean. Being a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were spacious and easy to navigate, making it comfortable for me to move around with my walking aid.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options specifically designed for senior people during my stay.

Very nicely decorated new house. Every needed comfort present in the apartment and a "feel home" atmosphere. The owner made every possible effort for us to have a pleasant stay in Zadar. Located in walking distance from the old town and very convenient to park your car for free (on private parking).
